Quite a lot is going on about the same time in a survivor's life. It's always a roller coaster. Hmmm Never really I'm control.
Adult Survivors of #CSA usually experience assorted overwhelming and intense feelings which can also be diverse... Guilt, shame
. ..fear, blame, etc. Each individual's experiences & reactions are unique to them. These feelings are based on individual's...
...thinking pattern which is also influenced by society, upbringing, religious etc.
Majority of survivor's have not shared their abuse for various reasons. Bearing the bruises and wounds, carrying them daily...
.. Walking around like dead corpse. While some shared and were not believed. Whatever yours maybe, its a horrible experience.
#CSA for some, its a one time experience, for some it was more intense like for days, weeks, months or years
Whatever your situation, its time to walk on water. It's time to step up and drop the garment of the shame, guilt, fear ...
It's time for #Recovery. It's time to start your healing process. It's a journey worth taking. No longer hiding!
No longer frightened of the dark, a touch, misinterpreting every word or statement. Trying to manipulate every situation..

Some develop Sexual addictions and also Sexual inappropriate behaviour like also becoming sexual abusers. It works differently
Some become ice queen, others don't know how to have a conversation with the opposite sex than through sexual interactions...
For others, its lies salient/forgotten until its triggered by an event, odour, scent, laughter.. Really!!! Something they ..
